Our facility is designed for active fun, but even with padding and safety measures, certain risks are always present. General Rules
Guidelines for Participation
- Waiver: Every guest must have a signed waiver on file. Participants under 19 require a guardian’s signature.
- Trampoline Socks: All participants must wear official trampoline park socks with rubber grips. Regular children’s grip socks or hospital socks are not accepted. You may bring approved socks from another trampoline park or purchase a pair at entry.
- Wristbands: Provided at entry and required to be worn at all times.
- Language: Please communicate respectfully.
- Substances: Alcohol and drugs are strictly prohibited.
- Food & Drinks: Outside food and beverages are not permitted unless specifically approved by management.
While Using Equipment
- No sitting, lying down, or running on trampolines.
- No double bouncing, double flips, or rough conduct.
- Electronic devices, food, gum, jewelry, and sharp objects are not permitted in activity areas.
- If you’re unsure whether something is allowed, please ask a team member.

Fostering a Positive Enviroment
We expect all guests to contribute to a positive and respectful atmosphere:
- Follow staff instructions promptly
- Treat others with kindness and consideration
- Remain within designated public spaces
- Use equipment as intended and keep areas tidy
- Repeated disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in loss of activity privileges
All participants are advised to watch our Trampoline Safety Video below before using the trampolines. It is also available in our lobby during check-in.
